The India Greens Party (https://indiagreensparty.org/principles/) is not a national party from the perspective of the Election Commission of India because for such attributes, a political party is required to meet certain electoral criteria. However, the iGP not only characterises its name but also works at the national level. Its constitution (https://indiagreensparty.org/constitution/), principles (https://indiagreensparty.org/principles/) and policies (https://indiagreensparty.org/policies/) are very much national in nature and character. The perspective of the party is Local to Global. Right now, the iGP has footprints in most states/union territories of the country. Also, it has national office bearers with a National Executive Committee and National Council representing most states and union territories of the country (https://indiagreensparty.org/who-we-are/office-bearers-india-greens/).
