Brihan Mumbai unit of iGP launches poster campaign in favour of eco-systems in Mumbai

Mumbai, 1 August 2021: The Brihan Mumbai Unit of the India Greens Party (iGP) today launched a poster campaign in support of Mumbai’s ecosystems.

According to a press release issued here by the Brihan Mumbai unit of the iGP, the students and citizens of Mumbai participated in this campaign and sent a message to the state and central governments to stop the projects that are hazardous for the ecological systems. 

People from Dahanu, Kolkata and Dhanbad also supported the campaign in their own ways.

The party called upon the state and central governments to save nature and environment.

The Brihan Mumbai unit of the party also decided to start the Save India’s Eco-systems Campaign, under which programmes will be taken up on the first Sunday of every month. 

The purpose of the campaign is to force the governments and respective authorities to take step towards putting an end to environmentally destructive projects and move towards environment-friendly and nature enhancing projects.
