New Delhi, August 27, 2017: India Greens Party (IGP) condemns attack on the mediapersons in Panchkula and elsewhere. The attack on the newspersons on duty is actually an attack on media and democracy.
The Governments must not fail in their duty to protect and safeguard the Fourth Estate or the Fourth Pillar of Democracy. If this Pillar is shaken, democracy automatically will get dismantled. Please guard against this. protecting democracy and all its Pillars is vital for the progressive development of India or any country.
