Unchir-Dunktok, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, 1 August 2021: On the occasion of crossing the 100,000 hits on its official website, the India Greens Party (iGP) today thanked those people who have visited the party’s website and shown their interest in Green Ideology and Politics.
The official website of the India Greens Party crossed the 100,000-mark on 31 July 2021.
In a press release issued on the occasion, the iGP President Suresh Nautiyal termed it “not a small achievement” for the party. He said more than one lakh people have visited the party’s website in a small period of time. “This clearly shows that the people are taking more and more interest in Green Ideology and Politics.”
The party was initiated on 2 July 2017, founded on 18 November 2018, and registered by the Election Commission of India on 18 July 2019.
“One can wonder how difficult has been the journey in a negatively polarised world; and, how arduous has it been to build the party,” he pointed out.
He said the things are different now as the party today has footprints across the country — from Kashmir to Kerala, and from Assam to Gujarat! Besides, the party has a national executive body and a national council which the supreme body in the party. In between the national council conventions, the political affairs committee takes all the decisions in the best interest of the party, Green Politics, country, and the world.
He said the silent and peaceful march of the party is on.
“We express thanks and gratitude to all those people who visited the party’s website (www.indiagreensparty.org). It is good that people are showing more and more interest in Green Ideology and Green Politics,” Mr Nautiyal said.
“We reiterate that the India Greens Party is a party with a pledge! It is committed to make India ecologically and politically Green! And yes, future is Green, Green is future!”
